Key skills include investigative and reporting abilities, effective communication (both verbal and written), proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Gantt charts), familiarity with supply chain procedures and the PFMA (Public Finance Management Act), and the ability to collaborate with consultants. Stakeholder management is also crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
