Enza Construction is looking to recruit recently qualified Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Property Development Graduates onto their 2024 Graduate Development Programme.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Enza Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is aimed at identifying and developing leadership skills for the construction industry. This is a 12-month programme that will begin in March 2024 and is aimed specifically at Graduates in their final year of study in 2023
As a new Graduate with Enza Construction, you will be working in teams with highly skilled mentors and technical experts where you will be required to apply your academic knowledge to operational business needs and requirements
