The second Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) course application results have been issued by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) and applicants can check their results via kuccps portal.

KUCCPS received 42,000 applications during the period, with each applicant paying Sh2,000 for the process that would lead to admission at one of the 42 KMTC sites around the country.

With KMTC having a student capacity of 11,000, roughly 32,000 kids were denied opportunities.

Wahome claimed that applicants could submit applications for thirty Kenya Medical Training (KMTC) programs through the KUCCPS website.

After KMTC joined KUCCPS, the kuccps placement service intended to place students in degree, diploma, certificate, and artisan programs at 30 private universities and 289 public training facilities in Kenya.

According to the kuccps placement service, the application was aimed at Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education exam winners between 2013 and 2022.

Among the diploma and certificate programs are community health nursing, mental health and psychiatry, midwifery, radiography and imaging, medical laboratory sciences, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and public health.

According to the official announcement on Tuesday, registrants had already been told of the results through SMS.

Additionally, they gave candidates guidance on how to view their outcomes.

SMS was used to alert applicants of this, and they are urged to log in to their portal using the URL http://students.kuccps.net to check the progress of their application.

KUCCPS started its portal on September 12 for students who did not receive a placement from KMTC.

The placement agency informed students who used KUCCPS to apply for KMTC courses that it would be changing its choices.
