STAR Leadership Academy (SLA) 3 day Students Bootcamp Programme 2024 – Zimbabwe
STAR Leadership Academy (SLA) accepts academically gifted students who are completing their O-level education with an aspiration to lead and develop their nation. Students are headhunted from schools that are renowned for their unparalleled academic performance. SLA recruits students from diverse social and economic backgrounds and abilities.
Top candidates are invited to participate in a 3 day bootcamp where they learn human-centred design and are given challenges to display their critical thinking skills, diverse ideas and problem solving. The final cohort is selected based on results from the bootcamp. Students can also be nominated to attend the bootcamp.
Documentation Required
1. Birth Certificate/Identity Document.
2. Stamped school academic results transcript (Term 1, 2 and 3 for Form 3 and Term 1 and 2 for Form 4, if available).
3. Completed and stamped character reference from the School Head/Teacher.
4. Any other certificates or awards of achievements.
