HOW TO ACCESS/LOGIN TO THE UKZN STUDENT PORTAL

All you need to do is follow these simple steps: 

  1. Visit the URL https://erpweb.ukzn.ac.za/pls/ukznint/w99pkg.mi_login?numtype=P 
  2. Enter your Login Credentials in the appropriate fields 
  3. Click on the ‘Login’ button 
  4. You will now be logged into the Student iEnabler system 

Once you are logged in, you can use the Student iEnabler system to apply, register, change personal information, get academic and other information, and make payments as needed.  The Student Portal is also available for students to check their status, accept offers from UKZN, and access Study@UKZN and Student Central services. Prospective students can also log in using their credentials at https://erpweb.ukzn.ac.za/pls/ukznint/w99pk1.mi_login .  Students can also find useful information such as Status Check and Accepting an Offer, Study@UKZN, Student Banking Details Form, Student Central & Click to Pay and RAC Application at https://ukzn.ac.za/students/students/.  Finally, MYUKZN provides student e-mail access from off-campus (for Internet Explorer or other browsers) by going to http://my.ukzn.ac.za.

HOW TO RESET PASSWORD

  • To reset your password, submit your username or your email address. If you are found in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on how to get access again.
