WebAfrica – How to Login
The login portal is the WebAfrica platform for managing all customers as well as giving them opportunities to access their dashboard.
The Webafrica Client Area is a secure online portal that allows customers to manage their services with Webafrica. Through the customer zone, customers can view and alter their contact, billing, service, and support information. Customers can also use the Customer Zone to view their monthly usage in a graphical form and sign up for usage notifications on their cellphones.

HOW TO ACCESS THE WEBAFRICA PORTAL
Logging into Webafrica is easy and secure. All you need to do is:
- Visit the website and click the “Login” button at the top right of the page.
- Enter your email address and password and select ‘LOG IN’.
- Once logged in, you will be able to access your Customer Zone, which gathers all your services in one spot.
- Here you can view monthly usage in graphical form, sign up for usage notifications on your cellphone, and manage all your Webafrica services.
If you have forgotten your login details, no problem. Just go to https://www.webafrica.co.za/clientarea.php and click ‘Lost your login details.” Type in the required information to retrieve it.
