Yara East Africa Ltd is announcing a call for applications to our distributors, agro-dealers/ stockist and lead farmers, for a Leadership course. This a unique opportunity for those who wish to take their business skills to the next level and prosper

The program includes courses such Goal Setting, Basic Business Finance, and Marketing; all important for business growth.

Eligibility – Yara Leadership Academy (YLA) Application 2023

  • Must be Kenyan citizen (have a Kenyan ID), above 18 years
  • Minimum education of High School
  • Must own / run an agri-business for minimum 2 years
  • Must be an existing customer of Yara East Africa for more than 2 years
  • Strong past experience of community mobilization & training of farmers
  • Must be motivated and committed to fully participate in the training for 15 weeks
