The program includes courses such Goal Setting, Basic Business Finance, and Marketing; all important for business growth.
Eligibility – Yara Leadership Academy (YLA) Application 2023
- Must be Kenyan citizen (have a Kenyan ID), above 18 years
- Minimum education of High School
- Must own / run an agri-business for minimum 2 years
- Must be an existing customer of Yara East Africa for more than 2 years
- Strong past experience of community mobilization & training of farmers
- Must be motivated and committed to fully participate in the training for 15 weeks
